Motasem A. KhashoggiMotasem A. Khashoggi has vast working experience from local and international practice. As a first year legal associate at Weil, Gotshal and Mages, he worked on a number of cases in the area of International Trade, Finance, Corporate, Antitrust, Tax and Securities. He was then retained by SABIC, in Saudi Arabia ,to provide legal council to His Excellency the Minister of Industry and Electricity , working on numerous cases and legal opinions such as drafting the current Foreign Investment Act, The Anti Dumping Act , the privatization of the Saudi Electricity companies and others. Since 1997 he has been practicing law under his own law firm
"The Law Office of Motasem A. Khashoggi".

Motasem received his undergraduate legal studies at King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, where he graduated with honor of his class. He obtained his Masters degree and Courses in Law from Harvard Law School in 1994.

He received a high achievement in LL.M thesis, Harvard school, Comparative study ,Title" Alternative Methods Of Financing Oil Purchases" Plus a Valedictorian in 1992 and an Award for Academic Excellence in1990 &1992 from King Abdul Aziz University ,in addition of Dean's Honor Student List,1990,1991 & 1992 ,King Abdul Aziz University.
